You just might be a "Martha" too.

SKIT: A short, usually comic theatrical sketch. A short humorous piece of writing.

My skit character name is Mary-Martha (plus my middle name) Kay. My sister's are Mary-Martha-Ann, and Mary-Martha-Sue. Our 3 middle initials are: A S K

Matthew 7:7-8 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

If you are too "busy, busy about much" all the time, then you just might be a "Martha" too. You can have a nickname also, just add your middle name or your given name to the end of Mary-Martha as you like.

Sometimes I have to spat my hand and say: "Martha, you just need to straighten up and get with the program girlfriend!"

We all get so "busy, busy about much" that this world just overwhelms us at times. But we do have the freedom of choice to choose as Mary did to sit at the feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ .... to worship HIM, to receive His every WORD which is the TRUTH. To be refreshed and to receive His comfort, peace, and love so that we can mount up with wings as eagles and run and not be weary; and walk and not faint.

John 4:24 "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

Isaish 40:31 "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

There is nothing too small or to big to take to Jesus in prayer. There is no MESS that he cannot fix. A MESS with a little age and experience becomes your MESS-AGE! Just remember that every test is an open-book test and we cannot fail with Jesus Christ. God Bless you! Jesus loves you dearly!
